Overview

Financial accounts can now transition from SUSPENDED with substatus INTEREST_AND_FEES_PAUSED directly to SUSPENDED with substatus DELINQUENT via the Update Financial Account Status endpoint

Details

Valid State transitions from SUSPENDED.INTEREST_AND_FEES_PAUSED are now:

  • OPEN
  • SUSPENDED.CHARGED_OFF_DELINQUENT
  • SUSPENDED.CHARGED_OFF_FRAUD
  • SUSPENDED.DELINQUENT (enabled today)
  • SUSPENDED.BANK_REQUEST
  • SUSPENDED.END_USER_REQUEST
  • CLOSED.CHARGED_OFF_DELINQUENT
  • CLOSED.CHARGED_OFF_FRAUD
  • CLOSED.BANK_REQUEST
  • CLOSED.END_USER_REQUEST

Please note that once a financial_account has been moved to SUSPENDED.INTEREST_AND_FEES_PAUSED, Lithic will no longer automatically change the status or substatus of that specific financial_account. This includes even after it has been moved to a new status or substatus.

  • This means that financial accounts that are moved from SUSPENDED.INTEREST_AND_FEES_PAUSED -> SUSPENDED.DELINQUENT will not automatically be moved to OPEN, even if the financial account receives sufficient repayment.
  • Customers should manually move the account to OPEN in these cases
