Removal of Funding Source from dashboard transactions table

With this change, all customers’ dashboards now populate transactions using the Lithic API to prepare for coming changes to the transaction object. As part of this change:

  1. Transactions will only be searchable by transaction token- not merchant descriptor.
  2. Funding Source data will no longer be visible in the transactions table or detailed transaction view in the dashboard.
