Standardization of merchant.country values in transactions

We received reports of cases where customers were seeing unexpected values in the merchant.country field (i.e., country or entity of the card acceptor) in the ASA request and transaction object. We are rolling out a fix this week to standardize possible values to the following:

• All ISO 3166-1 alpha-3 country codes - see here for a full list
• Two non-ISO values:QZZ for Kosovo and ANT for Netherlands Antilles
