Multiple Updates
New Fee Description Field in Settlement API
Effective Tuesday, November 26th, each settlement detail with type
equal to FEE
, in the response returned by the list settlement details endpoint, will contain a new string field fee_description
that holds the network's description of the fee. This fee_description
will be absent for all settlement details that have type
not equal to FEE
. See here for possible values of type
in the settlement detail object. This is a purely additive change. The following is an example of this new field within a settlement detail object.
"fee_description": "INTERCHANGE COMPLIANCE ADJUSTMENT FOR : 11/12/24"
Lithic Dashboard Account Holder View
All users will now be able to search for account holders and view account holder details on the Lithic Dashboard. This view was previously only available on certain user roles.
Documentation Improvements
On Monday, November 18th, several fixes were made to the Lithic OpenAPI specification to better align documented data types with the values returned in practice. In several places such as ASA and Authorization Rules, values which were previously specified with type number
have been updated to reflect the true data type which is returned in practice, integer
. Additionally, more descriptive ranges have been added for many numerical values.
This change is an update to documentation only—there are no changes to the data types or ranges returned in practice. Lithic expects no customer impact from this change.
