Formatting Requirements
Lithic's API documentation provides the required formatting to use for the stateandphone_number fields, however this requirement was not being enforced. We will now begin enforcing the below formats are used and will no longer accept an incorrect format.
Per Lithic's documentation:
state needs to be entered in uppercase ISO 3166-2 two-character format. Note, KYC_EXEMPT supports Canadian province codes.
phone_number needs to be entered in E.164 format.
Enforcement will go into effect November 4th. Please ensure you are using the required formatting to ensure there are no interruptions.
