Update to Lithic Dashboard Settings

Lithic Dashboard Settings has been broken out into three sections:

Account Settings, where you can update your email/password/two-factor authentication. Account Settings can be accessed using the same Profile dropdown previously used to access Account.
Organization Settings, which includes information about your business such as your registered Control Person. Organization Settings can also be accessed using the same Profile dropdown previously used to access Account.
Program Settings, which includes your API keys, Webhooks, and Program Members. Program Settings can be found in the navigation bar at the top of Lithic Dashboard next to Disputes.

We are making these changes in preparation for Lithic Dashboard to support accessing multiple programs with a single Dashboard login. Stay tuned!
