Transaction System Upgrade
Beginning this month, we will be upgrading our transaction system to enhance performance and scalability, and unlock new features such as:
- cursor-based pagination
- ability to test some of our new Lithic Send features in Sandbox
- automated authorization expiration in Sandbox similar to how Lithic expires authorizations in Production
We anticipate no disruption to our live transaction processing service during the upgrade.
However, there are two changes to our system we want to make you aware of:
- Authorization expirations in Production may be delayed by 2-3 days prior to the upgrade. Please see this part of our documentation for a description of the current behavior
- Transaction simulations in Sandbox that were generated prior to January 5th, 2023 will no longer be accessible. Other Sandbox data such as accounts, account holder, and cards will remain
We will roll out the upgrade in waves starting mid-March and through the end of June. If you have any questions, please contact our support team.
