Overview

Lithic will now automatically handle all status transitions from OPEN to SUSPENDED , for financial_accounts formerly in SUSPENDED. INTEREST_AND_FEES_PAUSED .

Details

Previously, once a financial_account had been moved to SUSPENDED.INTEREST_AND_FEES_PAUSED, Lithic would no longer automatically change the status or substatus of that specific financial_account. This included even after it had been moved to OPEN.

Now, once a customer moves a financial_account from SUSPENDED.INTEREST_AND_FEES_PAUSED to OPEN, Lithic will resume automatic changes to the  status or substatus .

Available now: June 8, 2026.

User Impact

Action is required only if you are currently using the SUSPENDED.INTEREST_AND_FEES_PAUSED status.substatus.
