Removal of auth_rule_tokens from Account and Card objects

Beginning on July 22 (Monday), auth_rule_tokens will cease populating within the card and account objects. To reduce disruption, the card and account object schemas will not change, however the auth_rule_tokens field will to be passed as an empty array after the change date.

To find the Auth Rules which are associated with a particular card or account going forward, please use the List Auth Rules endpoint to find a rule’s related card_tokens or account_tokens.
