account_token optional for PATCH requests to /cards endpoint and Embed Card UI requests
Previously, customers enrolling users submittingPATCH requests to the /cards endpoint and Embed requests to the /embed endpoint needed to also pass the card's associated account_token with their request. With this change, account_token is now optional for both requests for all customers.
