Select an available SMS or EMAIL authentication method for a tokenization with status PENDING_2FA. Use a method returned in the tokenization's list of tfa_methods. The card network initiates delivery of the authentication code to the corresponding destination.
A successful response confirms method selection, not tokenization activation. Submit the code using submit_tfa after the cardholder receives it.
