Example Flow

The diagram above and sequence below demonstrates an example use case on Lithic's Ledger for a Platform Disbursements Funds Flow

Program creates Business Account Holder + Financial Account on Lithic Ledger for business that will be disbursing funds
Business loads funds into Business Financial Account via ACH or Wire payment
Program creates Individual Account Holder + Financial Account on Lithic Ledger for end user that will be receiving funds
Program disburses Funds into End User Financial Account via Book Transfer

If end user selects prepaid card as their disbursement method:

5a. Program creates a card for the end user

6a. End user swipes card at merchant to spend their disbursement

If end user selects direct payment as their disbursement method:

5b. Program originates payment to the end user's External Bank Account

Program can complete the same setup for Company B, all from within the same Lithic Ledger Solution, allowing them to scale their Platform Disbursements offering.
