Quarterly Network Reporting

Quarterly Network Reporting

Quarterly Network Reporting provides the data needed to complete network-mandated quarterly submissions — the Quarterly Mastercard Report (QMR) for Mastercard and the Global Operating Certificate (GOC) for Visa.

Quarterly Network Reporting is a paid add-on. Contact [email protected] to discuss access and enrollment.

Overview

Card networks require banks and program managers to submit quarterly activity reports to Mastercard and Visa. Lithic compiles and delivers these reports on your behalf.

Two separate reports are produced, one per network:

Quarterly Mastercard Report (QMR)MastercardQuarterly
Global Operating Certificate (GOC)VisaQuarterly

Reports cover all programs operating under your institution for the relevant network.

Note on network submission deadlines: Mastercard requires QMR submissions by the 15th of the month following quarter close. If the 15th falls on a weekend or U.S. holiday, the deadline moves to the last business day prior. Lithic's BD5 delivery SLA is designed to give your team sufficient time to review the report before that deadline. Visa submission timelines vary.

Network submission

Banks are ultimately responsible for submitting quarterly network reports to Mastercard and Visa. Depending on your program setup, Lithic may submit on your behalf:

  • Program Managed (PM) programs: Lithic submits to the network directly on behalf of your issuing bank, where the bank has authorized Lithic to do so.
  • Other programs: Lithic delivers the report to you. You are responsible for sharing it with your issuing bank and coordinating submission to the network.
